Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vaping products and for health and safety reasons, certain items are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened or used products
E-liquids
Disposable vapes
Coils, pods, and hygiene-related items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Approved faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. The item must be unused and returned in its originalodol state.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
